LEHI’S DREAM — A Journey Toward the Love of God

Scripture Setting: 1 Nephi 8; 1 Nephi 11–15

Lehi’s dream is one of the most powerful visions in all scripture—a spiritual journey wrapped in symbols that speak to families, children, and seekers in every generation. It begins as Lehi finds himself in a dark and dreary wilderness, wandering alone through a mist so thick he cannot see. After praying for help, he suddenly beholds a beautiful tree, glowing with fruit “most sweet,” a symbol of the love of God.
